This is the King Mickey Power Disc, an ultra-rare Costume Change Disc given only to attendees of the Disney Interactive panel at D23 Expo 2015. Placed under a Mickey Mouse figure on your Disney Infinity 3.0 base, it transforms him into his King Mickey outfit from Kingdom Hearts II. It's the only Power Disc that never appeared in the Hall of Heroes, making it one of the most sought-after grails in Disney Infinity collecting. Note: it's exclusive to 3.0 and does not work on earlier editions.
