Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, please contact us to initiate your return within this window, and your item must be marked as in transit by the shipping carrier before the return window closes.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved returns are subject to a 9% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. If a returned item arrives damaged or broken, the cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.

Some items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and falls under our standard return policy above.
